We are committed to providing our patients with excellent service and ensuring you leave feeling your best. That being said, please take a moment to review our policies.

You are agreeing to the following policies by scheduling any appointments with us.

Late Arrivals

Please keep in mind arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other patients. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, it is unlikely we will be able to fulfill your appointment and you will be asked to reschedule thus resulting in a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and discretion is always considered on a case by case basis.

Cancellation & No Show

Ezratty Integrative Aesthetics enforces a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and we require a card on file for all patients. Failure to cancel before the 48 hour cancellation period will result in a cancellation fee in the form of your deposit. We understand emergencies happen and discretion is always considered on a case by case basis.

Returns & Exchanges

We proudly carry some of our favorite skincare and wellness brands. We do not offer returns or exchanges at eia. All sales are final. However, if there is an allergic reaction from a skincare product that you purchased by from us, please take a photo of your allergic reaction and the skincare product so that we can report to the respective company and we are happy to work something out in this special case.

Patient Satisfaction 

Patient satisfaction is incredibly important to us. This is why we always strive to see you for a follow-up appointment. Our main goal is to make sure that the treatment plan we’ve set forth in your initial appointment was successful and is up to your satisfaction. In the event that something is not perfect, we will address that in your follow-up. No refunds are given for services.
